The Mission
Our mission is to
provide exceptional professional development opportunities for
Athletic Trainers across the nation.
The History
Athletic Training
Education Program faculty members from The Herbert H. and Grace
A. Dow College of Health Professions at Central Michigan
University wanted to provide lifelong educational opportunities
to ATEP graduates. This desire led to the creation of the
Athletic Trainers' Continuing Education Network (ATCEN). The
dream behind the network is to create a virtual space in which
to share an ever-growing variety of continuing education
seminars with practicing ATCs for their professional
development.
